Telectron Digital T80 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Returned from holiday and found not working. Replaced battery - no good. Our other remote control works OK so definitely faulty unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
