Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Mertik Maxitrol

Customers Fault Description : Battery indicator shows permanently low even with new batteries. Remote fails to work to activate the fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.

This was due to a faulty 7133 regulator.  A replacement regulator was fitted which restored full functionality (see image).
