Customer's Fault Description
The unit works if I plug in the long cable connected to the processor and the green LED comes on but it will not work wifi with the battery. The green LED will not then come on and the unit will not talk to the processor to move the caravan.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These motor move controllers arrived safely and on testing one was found to have a faulty battery cable and subsequently would not power on from its battery.
The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
The other control was found to have a couple of erroneous components in the power circuit, as the customer only required one remote this has not been investigated further.
