Customer's Fault Description
Majority of buttons appear to not be functioning. There is some corrosion at battery terminals, probably due to battery leakage. It was functioning for some time after replacing the batteries and jiggling it,, but has failed again.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have intermittent button response.
This was due to a badly corroded battery terminal that was causing intermittent power.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
