Customer's Fault Description
Not working but infra red light is visible on display screen of digital camera (constantly on, doesn't flash when buttons pressed).I think most buttons were working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This EVOKE-3 digital radio remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to randomly transmit a signal without a button being pressed.

This was found to be due to contamination under the main ic. The PCB was given an alcohol bath to remove all contaminants which restored full functionality.
