Massage function not responding and loose connection into box
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely with its receiver box. After talking to the customer it was concluded that the issue may lay with the cable at the remote end which is common for breaking internally. The cable was cut back by a couple of inches to bypass any breaks.
The receiver box was checked but no issue could be found but sadly we do not have the means to power up the receiver so cannot test it with power.
