Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have damaged battery terminals.  Replacement Spring terminals were created and fitted which restored full functionality.

Eveready AAA batteries were supplied fitted on return. 

Item returned 28th Jun 2022 UGT, the remote had suffered a battery leak which had destroyed the terminals making the remote dead.  The terminals were replaced again which restored full functionality.

It is of the upmost importance to always remove batteries out of any remote when they are not used for long periods (such as when the caravan is not being used), this is what leads to battery leaks.  Battery leaks are not covered by the guarantee but we have repaired this again with no charge.  Returned to cust 29th Jun 2022
