Customer's Fault Description
The control is not working at all. None of the function buttons will work when selected, so the chair cannot rise, recline or be reset. The control also illuminates when a function is selected this function is also not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to be damaged and the button contacts were worn.

A replacement straight cable was fitted and replacement conductive button pads glued into place.
