Customers Fault Description : The control is not working at all. None of the function buttons will work when selected, so the chair cannot rise, recline or be reset. The control also illuminates when a function is selected this function is also not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This chair remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to be damaged and the button contacts were worn.
A replacement straight cable was fitted and replacement conductive button pads glued into place.
