No buttons working, have tried new battery no change.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit but the bottom right button was intermittent in response.

This was due to cracked solder joints on the IC pins, the solder was reflowed and also a replacement button cap fitted under the bad button which restored full functionality. 

A cr2032 Duracell battery has been supplied fitted on return.
