Customer's Fault Description
on purchasing the motorhome in 2020 the remote worked, opening/closing the skylight and the 2 lights. it then worked very intermittently until nothing. batteries were replaced, no joy. reset the system, no joy. still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent in functionality.
This was due to the battery terminals being high in resistance. The terminals were reworked with a solder coating which restored functionality.
