Customer's Fault Description
Having changed the batteries the remotes screen does not come on and the remote does not operate the windows or blinds.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two remotes arrived safely and on testing both were confirmed to be dead.
The first remote was found to have a faulty display, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
The second controller was found to have a faulty oscillator, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
