Battery leakage has caused one of the connections to snap off the remote and be lost.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly corroded battery terminal which was causing the remote to be dead.
A replacement terminal was soldered into place which restored full functionality.
