Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Teac remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have an irregular response on a few buttons, also the power was intermittent due to bad terminal connections.

The mail IC was resoldered and the oscillator replaced which restored full functionality.  The terminals were also re-plated using solder.  The button pads and contacts was also cleared of all contaminates.
