Quad Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Quad

Customers Fault Description : Suddenly stopped working - nothing is responding, tried new batteries.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Quad remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be due to a faulty IN4001 diode, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
