Customer's Fault Description
The bottom left button, which is used to lift the legs, needs an excessive amount of pressure before it works. Also, the cover on the button slides off. I have tried to use double-sided tape but it still slides. All the other buttons work fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair remote arrived safely and on inspection the button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive caps were glued into place.
