Powertouch Classic Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powertouch

Model : Classic

Customers Fault Description : Changed battery in the remote in May just for maintenance. Since then i have only manged to have power in the remote 3 times when holding both power buttons and this has only been because of constant attempts that it finally came to life for a short period of time then completely nothing now

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to power on from its twin power button press.

This was due to a common issue caused by worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
