Customer's Fault Description
Changed battery in the remote in May just for maintenance.
Since then i have only manged to have power in the remote 3 times when holding both power buttons and this has only been because of constant attempts that it finally came to life for a short period of time then completely nothing now
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to power on from its twin power button press.
This was due to a common issue caused by worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
