Customer's Fault Description
Battery terminals corroded and broken , please test / service and or replace parts to full working order .
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Skylight remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a bad battery terminal, this was replaced and then was found that one of the buttons and the IR led was faulty as wells as a large amount of corrosion on the underside of the PCB.
The button and led was replaced and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
A clone was also supplied
