Customer's Fault Description
Remote has stopped turning on and have opened it to see if anything obviously loose inside. Battery connector was already loose and has now come off but this doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality. It now powers on whenever the power button is double pressed.
No other issue could be found.
