Customer's Fault Description
It's just stopped working. Wouldn't close the windows and now won't open also. Had to close by spraying water on as they close automatically if it rains
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely ad on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The terminals were found to have signs of corrosion which can cause a intermittent problem.
After talking with the customer it was decided to clean and re-plate the terminals to eliminate the possibility of a intermittent fault on the remote.
A set of AAA batteries are fitted supplied on return.
