Customer's Fault Description
We moved into a house and the remote had old battery's in with signs of a leak. Didn't work despite cleaning with lemom amd fresh battery's.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.  This was due to corroded battery terminals.  The terminals were re-plated using solder which restored full functionality.
