Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not appear to be working (is newly acquired with caravan) and no LEDs appear. Have tried a brand new battery. I think to turn it on it is two quick presses of the red button in quick succession.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to a faulty LED, a replacement LED was fitted (a blue one) which restored full functionality.
