Customer's Fault Description
The volume up button is non-responsive. The volume down button is intermittently unresponsive.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Yamaha remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish volume button response.  On opening this was found to be due to worn button contacts, replacement contacts were glued into place which restored full functionality.
