Customer's Fault Description
Remote fell and parts have all come out. The plastic button part has gone missing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have missing button caps.

When testing the LED was not illuminating.  This was due to a tiny crack in the print around the LED.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.  Button caps were fitted and the PCB glued firmly into place.
