Customer's Fault Description
Stopped working despite fitting new battery. Eventually discovered black lead to terminal had broken away near battery attachment. This is probably due to remote being dropped and back coming off. The heavy battery falls out as a consequence pulling terminal leads with it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to be dead with a damaged battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
