Customers Fault Description : Check all buttons - One button (footrest up) is not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its silver facia (this cannot be replaced and doesn't effect functionality).
The buttons were found to have worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place on all of the four main buttons.
