Velux 3LR A02 WW Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Screen flash when powered on but no Velux loading screen. Cannot get it on Tried with Battery or USB power
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a dim flash of the screen when power is added but sadly no other function could be replicated.
A reset was attempted but still the issue remained. On opening the 4.5volts was found around the PCB as normal. A components test was carried out but sadly the issue could not be pinpointed. Due to the lack of schematic information a repair has been deemed not possible.
