Customer's Fault Description
Hi the board inside my remote where the battery sits has fallen out and I have lost it, as a result the remote no longer works.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Northern Ireland and on testing was confirmed to be dead. There is not anything missing from the battery compartment except the battery itself.
On opening the dead issue was found to be due to a broken LED (see image). A replacement LED was fitted which restored full functionality.
Please note that a self stamped addressed envelope was included with this package, this cannot be used as it is incorrectly valued, we ship everything by tracked and signed postage and the value on the envelope is too low for a tracked shipment. The envelope will be returned unused with the remote.
