This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged case.
Sadly a rummage through our scrap case box revealed that we had no cases that would fit, therefore a clone is the only option that we can offer as the remote itself is transmitting.
Please see the image bellow of the clone, this can copy upto 7 buttons (one button is for the programming which cant be coded)
If this is something that may be of interest then this page has a payment button on. Even though the button says that it is for a repair it is actually for the clone supply.
Please can you confirm the button that are required to be cloned by sending an email and also confirm the return address in the same email.
