Gutmann Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gutmann
Customers Fault Description : The remote is not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gutmann remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have "chips" out of the corners of the facia (see images).
On testing the control was confirmed to be dead. When opened this was found to be due to contamination over the button array from liquid contamination (see image). The contamination was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
