Customer's Fault Description
Wires connect to battery are damaged. When starting the remote control the mover does not work touching the buttons but when you take your finger off one of the bottoms the mover begins to move on it’s own accord.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote was passed to us safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty battery cable and shorted button.
The cable was replaced and the keypad cleared of the contaminants that was shorting a button.
This restored full functionality.
