Customer's Fault Description
I think it's the centre up/down/ left/right ok button but not sure
When trying to use the buttons the screen was constantly scrolling
Took to shop and they used a camera and the red light was flickering
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the navigation buttons were ripped from the rest of the button array and also there were score marks on the case (looks to be from a previous opening attempt)
On testing all buttons worked as per normal operation, after talking with the customer it was concluded to clean up all contacts and to repair the navigation button pad. This was done and on testing was confirmed to work as normal.
