Puppy partially chewed control and now not working at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.  This was found to be due to 2 issues, the first was that the IR led had broken away from the print on one of its legs and also one of the battery terminals had broken away.

Both were resoldered firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
