Customer's Fault Description
The straight backward button is sticking on when you depress it and caravan continues moving until you press another button to stop it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a "sticking" button. On opening this was found to be due to contamination over the button contacts (see image). The PCB and button array was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
