Powertouch Evo Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The straight backward button is sticking on when you depress it and caravan continues moving until you press another button to stop it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a "sticking" button. On opening this was found to be due to contamination over the button contacts (see image). The PCB and button array was cleaned up which restored full functionality.
