Customer's Fault Description
Was working but now it looks loke none of the buttons so anything. It wont even connect to the motor mover by double pressing the red button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable.  A replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
