HSL Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : HSL

Customers Fault Description : The outer insulation has split where the cable joins the handset. If the cable can be replaced, happy with straight rather than coiled, but happy with any solution.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.  A straight cable was fitted and replacement button caps fitted.
