Customer's Fault Description
Speed flow buttons not working beyond level 3, therefore cannot increase speed
Pre-set buttons 1-3 not working
Audible bleeps not functioning (not too concerned)

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Shower remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not rise past the 3rd position on the flow level.
This was found to be due to a faulty dip switch, the switch was cleaned using switch cleaner which restored full functionality. The preset buttons were also effected by the same dip switches. The audible beep is due to a faulty buzzer which is not available as a spare for these controls so this was not restored.
