Customer's Fault Description
Buttons Not working:
Volume control "UP" does not work, "Down" appears to work
"Watch TV" not working correctly. It will work if pressed a lot of times if you are lucky.

I think all the other buttons are OK, but I can not be completely sure.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some non responsive / sluggish buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to contamination over much of the PCB and button array (see image). This was all cleared but some buttons still hade issues. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
