Customer's Fault Description
when 0 and up buttons pressed for on and flame up operation remote red light comes on but not on receiver (sometimes intermittent), when down button pressed for flame down and off, red light on remote comes on but not on receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the handset was found not to be transmitting. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, this was replaced which restored partial functionality.
One of the channels was found not to be transmitting, this was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the handset, when this was replaced full functionality was restored.
No issue was found with the receiver.
