Customer's Fault Description
The forward button and the button to the left of the forward button pointing up and to the right doesn't work. The forward button only engages one motor and the other does nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be responding on each button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated. It is advised to check the receiver, connections and also the motors themselves.
