Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not engage (work with the mover) and move the caravan. It switches on, green light indicator showing but makes a constant buzzing noise. I think there maybe a low wire within the control not connecting properly.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to just buzz when the power switch was activated.

This was found to be due to a blown transistor 9013.  This was replaced which restored full functionality.
