Customer's Fault Description
Only 3 buttons - upper and bottom buttons on the far left and upper button on the far right - are working but need to be checked as sometimes do not respond correctly. All other buttons do not work at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection there was a large mass of sticky liquid contamination over much of the PCB and button array.

All contaminants were removed and the board cleaned using alcohol.
