Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons work on the remote except the on off and the mute.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have many non functioning buttons.

On opening there was some liquid contamination over the PCB and buttons, this was removed but the fault remained.

The issue was repaired by re-flowing the solder joints on the main IC due to bad solder joints.
