Customer's Fault Description
The remote has ceased "talking to" the heater.I have replaced batteries (x2) to no good effect.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal.

This was found to be due to a faulty IR LED.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
