Customers Fault Description : Power button not switching on consistently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent response from its double power button press. When the battery cable was moved the control would power off. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality and now powers on consistently every time the power button is pressed twice in quick succession.
