Customers Fault Description : All buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from the United States and on testing was found to have sluggish button response. On opening there was a large mass of liquid over most of the button array and the pads.
All contaminants were cleaned up which restored full functionality. (see testing video)
