Truma Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Truma

Customers Fault Description : Contacts badly damaged due leaking batteries. Battery case cover missing (lost by dealer)

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

Caravan motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have badly damaged battery terminals and a missing battery cover.

The terminals were replaced and a cover supplied which restored full functionality.
