Customer's Fault Description
Operated fire but then remote control would not switch fire off.
When switched off at mains and switched back on remote control would not operate the fire.
Have removed batteries to reduce postage cost.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a opened case.
On testing the button response was very poor. When inspected the PCB was found to have corrosion spots caused by a battery leak. The print was reworked and replacement conductive caps fitted on each button which restored full functionality.
