Customers Fault Description : The remote handset buttons are not working. About 6 months ago it started with the bottom right not working; now none of them work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
