SLT PROFLAME Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No power to batteries, suspected leak of the batteries on the board and won't work now.

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was in pieces on arrival.

The battery terminals had signs of a battery leak, all terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
