Customer's Fault Description
2 days after inserting new batteries, the remote control stopped working. First, the image on the display began to fade. Then it turned off completely, there is no power at all. Possible problem with the power supply. Possible problem with the display.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous screen (no characters on it and discoloration on the backlight)
A replacement screen was fitted which restored full functionality.
